How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. You can also check the inside of your current glasses for three numbers (e.g., 50-20-145) which represent lens width, bridge width, and temple length in millimeters.
Do you offer prescription lenses for all frames?
Yes, we offer high-quality prescription lenses including single-vision, progressive, and blue-light filtering options for the majority of our optical and sunglass collections.
What is your return policy for eyewear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-prescription frames in their original condition. Please note that custom-made prescription lenses are non-refundable, but we do offer a fit and vision accuracy guarantee.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping for non-prescription frames takes 3-5 business days. For prescription orders, please allow 7-10 business days for our laboratory to precision-craft and quality-check your lenses.
Are your designer frames authentic?
Absolutely. SELECT EYEWEAR is an authorized retailer for all brands we carry. Every pair of glasses ships with a certificate of authenticity and the original manufacturer's packaging.
How should I care for my new glasses?
Always use the provided microfiber cloth and a dedicated lens cleaning spray. Avoid using paper towels or clothing, as these can scratch the lens coatings, and never leave your eyewear in a hot car.
